With a strong foundation in hospitality since 2015, I have been committed to designing and implementing impactful resort experiences across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Over the years, I have created and delivered more than 50 unique guest experiences, organized over 400 birthday celebrations, and facilitated large-scale team-building events for up to 250 participants. My philosophy is rooted in fostering meaningful connections — between people, culture, and the natural environment.
Currently, I serve as the Resort Experiences Specialist for Hyatt Asia Pacific, partnering with resorts to strategically elevate their experiential offerings through creative and operational excellence. In addition, I lead the guest experience program at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, where I integrate local heritage, wellness, and sustainability into every touchpoint of the guest journey.
My recent work has focused on aligning experiences with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This includes coral planting in collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), educational initiatives at the Marine Biological Center, and curated eco-adventures such as sunrise hiking and cultural TukTuk explorations.
Whether developing a Mermaid Academy for young explorers, leading reef restoration activities, or crafting mindful beachside rituals, my goal is to design programs that are immersive, purposeful, and unforgettable.
