Hi, I’m Mickey – and this is the beginning of something special.

After over a decade of creating smiles in Greece, Serbia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Bali, and the Maldives, I’ve stepped into a new chapter as Resort Experiences Specialist for Hyatt Asia Pacific.

What does that mean?
It means I’m on a mission to shape unforgettable guest experiences across some of the most beautiful resorts in the world.

From diving with marine biologists to designing wellness programs, team buildings, resort programs, and kids’ camps, I believe experiences are not just moments… they’re memories. And great experiences create great stories. I’m here to build those stories – for guests, for teams, for entire resorts.

In this role, I’ll be working closely with hotels across Asia Pacific to:
• Elevate recreation & guest activities
• Design training & SOPs for excellence
• Spark creativity in how resorts connect with people
• Build programs that blend fun, purpose, and WOW
